What you will do

• Run precise analytical testing on ingredients and finished products and document results against product specifications.
• Conduct regular quality audits of production processes and provide real-time feedback to frontline staff.
• Author, organize, and update laboratory procedures and maintain quality records for safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations into quality issues and collaborate with production teams on corrective actions.
• Identify lab and production process inefficiencies and partner with manufacturing teams to implement improvements.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, bridging lab and production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related technical/scientific discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in a lab, QC, or related technical manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift/move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfort coaching production personnel and communicating technical findings to management.
