What you will do
- Own endpoint security for the fleet, maintaining hardened configuration baselines, detection, and centralized device management.
- Establish and operate a device trust program to ensure only healthy, attested devices can access corporate and production resources.
- Implement binary authorization and application controls to prevent unauthorized software from running.
- Build a SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) practice to secure configurations and govern third-party application access.
- Manage workforce identity and access, including SSO, phishing-resistant MFA, and joiner/mover/leaver lifecycles.
- Lead corporate network security, including the rollout of certificate-based network access control (802.1x) and zero-trust policies.
- Build, lead, and mentor a security team covering endpoints, SaaS, and identity.
Requirements
- 10+ years in cybersecurity with deep expertise in corporate, endpoint, and workforce identity security.
- Hands-on expertise securing Mac-native fleets using MDM, configuration management, and macOS hardening.
- Experience operating device trust, binary authorization, and SaaS security posture management programs.
- Strong command of SSO, phishing-resistant MFA, and OAuth application governance.
- Experience with certificate-based network access control (802.1x) and zero-trust/mesh network policies.
- Demonstrated history of leadership, team building, and driving continuous program improvements.
