What you will do

• Engage customers on security-related products, architectures, and risk topics across the hirify.global Data Platform (VDP).
• Run readiness checks and lead data modeling to validate solution designs and accelerate decision-making.
• Monitor attack surfaces and vulnerabilities using DRMM scoring and telemetry to capture health check opportunities.
• Collaborate with CISO, CIO, and CDO stakeholders to discuss AI risk, data governance, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Support Account Executives on security- and AI-driven expansion motions for Enterprise and Commercial-Named accounts.
• Influence product roadmap priorities based on customer feedback and technical gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering or architecting cybersecurity, data security, or AI/ML-driven platforms.
• Deep expertise in data security and governance, specifically DSPM and DLP across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI security, governance platforms (e.g., AI-SPM), and model lifecycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.

• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks like NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, or ISO standards.
• Advanced degree in a technical field.
• Experience with DRMM or similar data/AI trust maturity models.
