What you will do

  • Build and manage paid user acquisition from scratch, establishing Meta as a primary growth engine for Documents.
  • Execute end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns using Advantage+, AEO, and Value Optimization.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CAC, CPA, CVR, and ROAS cohorts.
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop data-driven visual hypotheses and creative briefs.
  • Implement and maintain tracking via Meta CAPI, SKAdNetwork, and MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
  • Conduct market audits to identify emerging visual trends and monetization tactics in the B2C subscription space.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in User Acquisition or a similar role.
  • Extensive hands-on experience scaling high-volatility mobile app or B2C subscription campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Technical proficiency with MMP configuration, SKAdNetwork, and Meta Conversions API (CAPI).
  • Strong analytical skills to manage performance against tight CPA and ROAS targets.
  • Ability to translate campaign data into effective creative briefs and optimize hooks.
  • Experience optimizing targeted onboarding flows, landing pages, and paywall experiments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with web acquisition funnels or web-to-app routing for early product validation.
  • Background in high-volume, long-tail awareness and install campaigns.
  • Familiarity with remote-config dashboards for testing dynamic pricing and paywalls.
  • Comfort with mobile ad-intelligence tools for monitoring competitor trends in the utility app space.
