What you will do
- Build and manage paid user acquisition from scratch, establishing Meta as a primary growth engine for Documents.
- Execute end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns using Advantage+, AEO, and Value Optimization.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CAC, CPA, CVR, and ROAS cohorts.
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop data-driven visual hypotheses and creative briefs.
- Implement and maintain tracking via Meta CAPI, SKAdNetwork, and MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Conduct market audits to identify emerging visual trends and monetization tactics in the B2C subscription space.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in User Acquisition or a similar role.
- Extensive hands-on experience scaling high-volatility mobile app or B2C subscription campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
- Technical proficiency with MMP configuration, SKAdNetwork, and Meta Conversions API (CAPI).
- Strong analytical skills to manage performance against tight CPA and ROAS targets.
- Ability to translate campaign data into effective creative briefs and optimize hooks.
- Experience optimizing targeted onboarding flows, landing pages, and paywall experiments.
Nice to have
- Experience with web acquisition funnels or web-to-app routing for early product validation.
- Background in high-volume, long-tail awareness and install campaigns.
- Familiarity with remote-config dashboards for testing dynamic pricing and paywalls.
- Comfort with mobile ad-intelligence tools for monitoring competitor trends in the utility app space.
