What you will do

• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Perform reporting and analysis of campaigns using AppsFlyer and internal BI tools.
• Scale acquisition channels while maintaining target LTV and CPA levels.
• Test and iterate on new creative concepts, targetings, and ad types.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance user acquisition for mobile applications.
• Proven expertise with Facebook (Meta) and TikTok Ads (mandatory).
• Deep understanding of unit economics and how sales funnel metrics affect profitability.
• Experience working with MMPs, specifically AppsFlyer, and knowledge of SKAdNetwork.
• Fluent Russian and English (B1+) proficiency.
