What you will do

• Support the quality control review process for daily investor registration, dealing, and cash reporting.
• Act as a primary contact for daily client inquiries, ensuring deliverables meet service level agreements.
• Prepare ad hoc deliverables and provide guidance to team members on complex queries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and support department initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings to share information and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Assist management in risk mitigation and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, or client service.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage daily client inquiries and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, investors, and internal departments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of investor services processes and functionalities.
• Professional designations such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
