What you will do

• Support the team in updating, verifying, and monitoring the internal consistency of Borsa Italiana and related entity rules.
• Assess the compliance of internal rules with domestic and international regulatory provisions.
• Monitor new regulatory initiatives and conduct thematic analysis.
• Perform comparative analysis of national regulations and evaluate their impact on the regulatory framework.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business units to maintain a robust regulatory environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law or currently enrolled in a relevant programme.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Interest in capital markets and financial regulation.
• Teamworking skills, precision, and attention to detail.
