Salary: €70,000–€80,000 gross per year

What you will do
- Manage legal matters for Grid Technologies execution units covering HVDC, substations, products, services, digital solutions, and related activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate EPC contracts, supply and commissioning agreements, software delivery agreements, templates, and ancillary contracts.
- Advise on public award procedures and provide legal counsel to a transformer manufacturing facility.
- Manage customer and supplier claims during project execution while balancing governance and business needs.
- Coordinate external counsel and collaborate with the global Legal Counsel community on best practices.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer or equivalent qualification in Italian law, with at least five years of experience in an international company legal department or law firm.
- Experience drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, with practical expertise in FIDIC forms, ancillary agreements, and related financial arrangements.
- Knowledge of public award procedures and interest in power transmission plants, electromechanical equipment, software, and artificial intelligence.
- Awareness of EU and Italian regulatory developments affecting business activities.
- Fluent Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal topics and work effectively in an international, intercultural environment.
