What you will do
- Lead a distributed engineering organization spanning multiple squads, markets, and countries.
- Develop and mentor Engineering Managers, Senior Engineering Managers, and senior technical leaders.
- Partner with Product, Design, Data, Risk, and Compliance leaders to define and execute European strategy.
- Drive alignment across numerous collectives to ensure successful delivery of capabilities.
- Design and evolve organizational structures and operating models to scale effectively across Europe.
- Influence priorities and outcomes across teams that do not directly report to you.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to relocate to the UK
- Extensive experience leading large engineering organizations through other leaders.
- Proven track record of operating in highly complex, cross-functional environments.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills without direct authority.
- Experience scaling organizations through rapid growth or market expansion.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity in undefined problem spaces.

- Initial 1-hour interview with a senior engineering leader focusing on leadership and delivery.
