What you will do

• Manage NAV preparation and review for private equity fund clients.
• Lead and train a team of Fund Accountants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and brokers to ensure smooth completion of the NAV process.
• Review fee schedules, waterfall calculations, and investor allocations.
• Manage AML requirements and respond to client queries.
• Develop client-specific procedures and drive technological improvements in reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in finance or accounting required.
• Demonstrable experience in fund administration and staff management.
• Deep understanding of private equity fund structures, fee calculations, and offering documents.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Geneva, Investran, Yardi, or Bloomberg.
• Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA, ICAEW, CFA).
