Location: Hybrid (North Andover, MA). Must be based in or able to work from the North Andover office 3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday).

Salary: $24.00 - $30.00/hr

What you will do

• Perform data profiling, validation, and cleansing to maintain high-quality datasets.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies across systems.
• Develop and maintain data quality metrics, rules, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Product Management to address data issues.
• Monitor data pipelines and conduct regular audits to verify system integrity.
• Automate data quality checks using scripts and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data quality or data analysis roles.
• Strong SAP skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Must be located in or able to commute to North Andover, MA for a hybrid schedule.
