What you will do
- Support Master Data Management & Data Governance activities for global data management, including Customer 360 data pipeline work.
- Resolve misaligned customer data across data platforms and improve data quality across global line units.
- Analyze requirements using conformed models and data solutions that are implementable and maintainable.
- Research, design, and document data specifications across the full data life cycle.
- Understand data structures and the software used to manage data, including working with enterprise data systems.
- Contribute to strategic projects such as standardizing contact roles and customer hierarchies and supporting new data domains.
Requirements
- Full-time availability to work onsite 5 days per week in the Nashville main office.
- Ability to analyze large datasets with diverse formats and discern data accuracy.
- Experience or coursework in reporting/analytics for business stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of data tools, queries, and datasets to deliver accurate, timely insights.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and documentation.
