What you will do
- Optimize product line performance by improving process flow, reducing cycle time, and increasing throughput.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, standard work, and line balancing.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for production issues impacting safety, quality, and delivery.
- Design and implement manufacturing cell layouts, material flow improvements, and workstation enhancements.
- Develop and improve tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment to support production efficiency.
- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain standardized process control documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical) from an ABET-accredited program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Production, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- Must be based in and work onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
- Ability to successfully complete background checks and pre-employment testing.
Nice to have
- Experience with Six Sigma methodology.
- Exposure to cycle time analysis, line balancing, or workflow optimization.
- ASME experience.
