What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise reporting solutions using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, BICC, Microsoft Power BI, and Fusion Data Intelligence.
• Define and enforce reporting standards, templates, and best practices; review complex report designs, SQL logic, and data structures for accuracy and efficiency.
• Own reporting strategy and governance: data standards, naming conventions, documentation, prioritization, and compliance with data security, privacy, and audit requirements.
• Oversee report migrations, validations, and production readiness; translate business needs into scalable technical designs and reporting roadmaps.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to reporting analysts and developers; support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement by improving reporting efficiency, usability, and automation and evaluating new Oracle capabilities and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Work authorization in the United States; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT/CS/Business Analytics/IT-related field plus 7 years of experience in report development or data reporting, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, Microsoft Power BI, HCM Extracts, and BICC.
• Expert skills in SQL and PL/SQL, plus deep understanding of Oracle Finance and/or HCM data models.
• Experience with business intelligence concepts and operational reporting (7–8 years) and proficiency in data visualization, dashboard creation, and data source integration.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and organizational data privacy standards.
