Location: Remote (Global). Note: This position must be performed outside of Ontario, Canada.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop distributed Sales Team Leads and their teams across multiple time zones.
- Define and execute commercial strategy to drive customer expansion and new business acquisition.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, revenue channels, and strategic partnerships.
- Partner with Marketing to align demand generation, lead nurturing, and campaign execution.
- Build and optimize sales processes, playbooks, and performance metrics to ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to maximize lifetime value and product adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience in technology, SaaS, hosting, or digital services.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Experience managing distributed sales teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for forecasting and decision-making.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Must be based outside of Ontario, Canada.
