TL;DR

Head of Sales (SaaS): Defining and executing commercial strategy for a portfolio of web hosting brands with an accent on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and team leadership. Focus on building scalable sales frameworks, optimizing go-to-market motions, and driving alignment across distributed global teams.

Location: Remote (Global). Note: This position must be performed outside of Ontario, Canada.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop distributed Sales Team Leads and their teams across multiple time zones.
  • Define and execute commercial strategy to drive customer expansion and new business acquisition.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, revenue channels, and strategic partnerships.
  • Partner with Marketing to align demand generation, lead nurturing, and campaign execution.
  • Build and optimize sales processes, playbooks, and performance metrics to ensure scalability.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to maximize lifetime value and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience in technology, SaaS, hosting, or digital services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Experience managing distributed sales teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for forecasting and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Must be based outside of Ontario, Canada.
