What you will do

• Review and load financial data from Private Equity clients into internal accounting systems.
• Prepare and review consolidations using various investment structure rules.
• Process fund expenses and book journal entries for cash payments and accruals.
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations, notices, and fee schedules.
• Manage investor allocations and prepare NAV packages for reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with clients, banks, and auditors to ensure timely delivery of services.

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Accounting, Fund Accounting, or Audit.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification (or in progress).
• Ability to work onsite in Halifax, NS.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Private Equity or Hedge Funds.
• Familiarity with the Investran platform.
