What you will do

• Develop advanced DNN-based speech enhancement solutions for automotive, healthcare, robotics, and home entertainment.
• Design and maintain scalable tools and workflows for training and evaluating DNN models.
• Create proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and conduct customer demonstrations to support business development.
• Integrate new AI technologies into production-ready products.
• Analyze emerging technologies and competitive offerings.
• Mentor interns and master's students and contribute to the company's patent portfolio.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
• Proven experience in developing and training deep neural networks (DNNs).
• Strong expertise in digital signal processing (DSP), specifically for speech and audio.
• Solid programming skills in C and Python.
• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
