Head of SB Product - Data & AI (iGaming)

hirify.global is an iGaming business with approximately 1,700 employees across seven offices, including around 900 employees based at the Malta headquarters.

What you will do

• Set the overall vision and direction for the Sportsbook Data & AI stream.
• Own and manage the Data & AI product roadmap.
• Oversee the generation, qualification, prioritization, and delivery of improvements across the Sportsbook Data & AI domain.
• Build in-house and integrate third-party AI use cases to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead the adoption of AI tools and best practices within Sportsbook Product.
• Drive synergies with the AI Center of Excellence and Sporting Solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Sportsbook and the iGaming industry.
• At least 7 years of experience in the Data domain.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, data science, and model development practices.
• Excellent understanding of the AI landscape.
• At least 3 years of experience as a people manager.
• Master of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
