What you will do

• Own recurring business reviews and executive reporting to ensure clear follow-up on actions.
• Analyze operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic planning materials, including quarterly and annual roadmaps.
• Manage department-wide operational routines, leadership forums, and organizational events.
• Track strategic initiatives and milestones across multiple stakeholders to ensure accountability.
• Partner with local and global teams to align on key projects and operational priorities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business operations, PMO, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into business insights.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Hebrew is required.
• Experience working in a global environment with international stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently and create structure in complex environments.
