What you will do
- Execute operational management of digital channels, including content updates, partner link governance, and configuration.
- Create and maintain weekly performance dashboards tracking traffic, conversion, and revenue per partner to surface actionable insights.
- Support commercial negotiations by preparing partner briefings, competitive price analyses, and meeting summaries.
- Coordinate daily communication with external brand partners across Brazil and the US.
- Manage task dependencies with Legal, Engineering, and Marketing to flag timeline risks and obstacles.
- Utilize generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini) daily for task automation, reporting, and structured workflows.
Requirements
- Residence in São Paulo is mandatory.
- Previous experience in commercial operations, e-commerce, digital partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
- Proven ability to build reports and identify data anomalies independently.
- Proficiency in both Portuguese and English for professional partner relationship management.
- Demonstrated comfort with AI-assisted workflows and daily use of generative AI tools.
- Availability to work in a hybrid office setup.
