What you will do

• Own the roadmap for new integration types, including API connections, sFTP, CDC, and Snowflake data sharing.
• Define requirements for tools used by customers and internal teams to configure and validate data connections at scale.
• Evaluate ERPs, subledgers, and banking platforms to determine connectivity patterns and mapping requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering on integration design, pipeline architecture, and data schema handling.
• Create playbooks and documentation to accelerate the onboarding of new connections across the organization.
• Translate technical requirements for non-technical customers and align priorities with GTM teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience focusing on data, integrations, or platform products.
• Solid understanding of API-based integrations, sFTP workflows, and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience working on platform or infrastructure products rather than user-facing features.
• Ability to communicate complex technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Strong cross-functional alignment skills across Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP systems like Workday, SAP, NetSuite, or Yardi.
• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial data relationships.
