What you will do

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines on heavy equipment and drill rigs.
• Troubleshoot complex hydraulic systems including pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders.
• Perform preventative maintenance on compressors and support machinery.
• Conduct field breakdown repairs and emergency maintenance as required.
• Read and interpret technical hydraulic and mechanical schematics.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance reports while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Certification as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic.
• 3-7 years of experience working with drill rigs or heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic pumps, motors, and control valves.
• Ability to diagnose hydraulic overheating and pressure loss issues.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Ability to obtain a local driver’s license.
