TL;DR
Solutions Engineer (TypeScript/Node.js): Building and optimizing technical integrations for priority customers to scale within their products with an accent on API design, data pipeline reliability, and customer-facing technical ownership. Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) or Remote (Americas, UTC-3 to UTC-10). US Citizenship/Visa required.
Salary: $160,000 – $220,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead technical integration delivery for priority customers from the first API call through production scale.
- Write and debug production-quality TypeScript/Node.js code for integrations with payment systems, cloud platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Resolve complex real-world issues, including crawling edge cases and data pipeline failures, live with customers.
- Develop reusable solutions and playbooks to transform one-off problems into repeatable wins.
- Translate customer friction into actionable product and engineering insights for the core team.
- Collaborate with core engineering to drive reliability, performance, and DX improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping production systems.
- High proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js with a focus on clean, production-quality code.
- Experience integrating with payment systems (e.g., Stripe) and cloud providers (e.g., GCP, Vercel).
- Strong fundamentals in backend design, data modeling, and relational databases.
- Understanding of security and auth patterns including OAuth, API keys, and JWTs.
- Must hold US Citizenship or a valid US Visa.
