Location: Columbus, OH (territory includes Columbus, OH)

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 USD (1st year OTE; base salary + uncapped quarterly commissions)

What you will do

• Grow, maintain, and support assigned Oncology customers in the Columbus, OH territory.
• Build relationships with key medical account personnel to facilitate unit growth.
• Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the oncologist-prescribed protocol.
• Assess needs of medical professionals and staff to provide customer support, coordinate logistics, and solve problems.
• Become an expert on hirify.global Oncology products and processes to maximize effectiveness in the field.
• Track KPIs related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume; partner with internal stakeholders to achieve best outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or Associate’s degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing background, or minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and thrive in ambiguity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; ability to learn software and reporting systems quickly.
