What you will do

• Develop supplier landscape vision and sourcing strategies in collaboration with product teams and category managers.
• Monitor supply base trends for E&MC Electronics and lead supplier selection teams.
• Negotiate LTSA, NPI agreements, and drive cost/lead time reductions.
• Manage supplier QLTCS performance through QBRs and ERMs with Supplier Account Teams.
• Prepare spending forecasts, ensure contractual compliance, and drive supply base rationalization.
• Participate in supplier audits and coordinate all supplier communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent + minimum 12 years in supplier management in high-tech manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of technology supply chains, proven track record in supplier relationships and long-term agreements.
• Experience in complex negotiations, strategic planning, financial analysis, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
