Fashion Merchandiser (Apparel): Supporting the Pre-Order Operations team by sourcing and evaluating custom apparel products for diverse client needs with an accent on fashion awareness and product fit. Location: Must be based in the Philippines. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Salary: $630/month (base + night shift allowance).

What you will do
- Respond to product sourcing requests by identifying the best options across domestic and overseas suppliers.
- Evaluate product recommendations based on aesthetic fit, demographic relevance, and use-case.
- Build and maintain a supplier knowledge base to optimize future sourcing efficiency.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on brands, trends, and retail aesthetics.
- Identify and flag recurring product gaps to help develop new solutions.
- Support outreach to new manufacturers to expand product categories.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of experience in operations specific to procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or buying.
- Experience in American fashion and apparel with a strong eye for trends and brand identification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong research instincts and ability to evaluate product fit by customer demographic.
- Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
- Must be available to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Nice to have
- Background in fashion buying, retail merchandising, or product sourcing.
- Familiarity with wholesale apparel suppliers and overseas platforms like Alibaba.
- Knowledge of promotional products such as drinkware, bags, and stationery.
