What you will do

• Develop and maintain innovative applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to solution design in collaboration with clients.
• Apply AI-driven approaches for code generation, refactoring, and automated documentation.
• Implement and manage backend orchestration using Camunda.
• Automate the SDLC and optimize developer productivity using LLM-based tools.
• Troubleshoot incidents and deploy applications to production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Software Developer or Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Camunda orchestration.
• Experience defining and consuming REST APIs.
• Ability to use AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT.
• English: C1 level required
• Spanish: C1 level required

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenShift, Docker, and containerization.
• Knowledge of AWS and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle) and Hibernate.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub Actions, and Agile (Scrum).
