What you will do

• Architect and build AI-powered products end-to-end, moving beyond frontend and backend silos.
• Build, deploy, and maintain a fleet of AI agents and design workflows that scale with agents.
• Design technical systems from first principles using design patterns and Node.js.
• Contribute to core strategic initiatives, including the Agentic Legal Framework and Knowledge Intelligence Platform.
• Elevate engineering output from individual contribution to 10x team productivity through agentic leverage.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js.
• Backend experience with frontend exposure or full-stack experience.
• Strong technical design capability and a deep understanding of design patterns.
• Experience experimenting with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GPT Codex.
• Systems thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset.
