What you will do

• Support standardized month-end closing processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in reporting forecasts and actuals for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly management reports and presentations using standardized templates.
• Analyze variances between actual and expected results to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams on quotations and cost accounting.
• Participate in annual budget preparation and sustainability/ESG-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP FI-CO.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in cost accounting.
• Understanding of manufacturing unit operations.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in audit.
