What you will do

• Deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, and financial insights to senior management to support decision-making.
• Coordinate and manage key planning cycles, including Rolling Forecasts, Budget, and Long-Range Plans for HQ.
• Partner with HQ and local stakeholders to challenge assumptions and strengthen financial ownership.
• Lead tailor-made financial and non-financial analyses to guide investment decisions and strategic discussions.
• Contribute to process optimization and digitalization initiatives, aligning data flows and improving reporting frameworks.
• Strengthen data quality and internal control environments in collaboration with finance, consolidation, and BI teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or a finance role with demonstrated growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complexity and simplify insights.
• Experience with Power BI, QlikView, and Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset.
• Proactive, team-oriented personality focused on problem solving and continuous improvement.
