What you will do

• Structure, prioritize, and coordinate AI projects and workflow automation initiatives.
• Act as the central interface between Business, Tech, and Security stakeholders.
• Coordinate evaluation, rollout, governance, and adoption of AI tools, capabilities, connectors, and integrations.
• Monitor LLM developments, AI agents, workflow automation trends, and emerging tools; assess where solutions like ChatGPT, Claude, and low-code/no-code can create business value.
• Translate business needs into recommendations, initiatives, and next steps; coordinate pilots, rollouts, enablement, and internal communication.
• Measure adoption, collect feedback, and improve AI usage across teams, including further developing the AI Champions program.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, operations, consulting, enablement, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automations, or low-code/no-code solutions.
• Strong interest and up-to-date knowledge of AI, LLMs, agents, and workflow automation capabilities.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical AI and automation use cases.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort coordinating across Business, Tech, and Security teams.
• Fully fluent English; German is a strong plus.
