Product Owner - Application Quality Assurance

Location: Bulgaria; flexible work with visits to the local office. A valid working visa for the EU is required.

What you will do

• Run and continuously improve daily operations for Zyncc Workflow and Lictionary.
• Manage content through intake, review, testing, approval, and production release.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and content owners on workflows, URLs, libraries, and related content.
• Coordinate releases, operational updates, functional changes, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor and triage requests and incidents, coordinating investigations and resolutions.
• Identify and prioritize standardization and automation opportunities while maintaining the backlog, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in application operations, service management, product operations, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with software license management and a strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate recurring operational work and ad hoc requests.
• Experience creating and maintaining structured documentation, including reviews and testing for quality assurance.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile environments and using Jira, Confluence, and reporting or dashboard tools.
• Fluent spoken and written English and a valid EU working visa are required.
