What you will do

• Run and improve day-to-day business operations for ZWF and LIC applications, including recurring checks and operational governance.
• Manage the content lifecycle from intake through review, testing, and production release.
• Collaborate with SMEs to maintain workflows, libraries, and content quality standards.
• Monitor and triage incoming requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and shape automation opportunities for recurring operational work, translating needs into clear requirements.
• Maintain user guides, operational documentation, and an operational backlog with KPI reporting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in application operations, service management, or product operations.
• Familiarity with software license management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in reporting and using operational data/KPIs via tools like Power BI.
• Fluent English required.
