TL;DR
AML Support Specialist (AML): Provide on-duty support for the AML Product channel, triage complex AML screening queries, and optimize screening logic and configurations with an accent on root-cause analysis, QA/testing of screening results, and vendor coordination. Focus on building documentation and training materials while delivering insights (MI) that drive operational and product enhancements.
Location: LATAM timezone hours

What you will do
- Serve as the on-duty point of contact for the AML Product channel, responding within a 24-business-hour SLA and triaging issues to data providers.
- Analyze AML screening results to identify root causes, test/validate screening logic, and optimize client-specific screening settings.
- Track support requests, produce Management Information (MI), and analyze trends to recommend logic, operational, and product improvements.
- Create and maintain internal/external documentation and develop/review annual QA and screening procedures.
- Create and deliver training materials for internal teams and support RFP completions.
- Support vendor relationship management and assist client-facing teams with AML product technical questions on calls.
Requirements
- Ability to work reliably during LATAM timezone hours to support regional operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to investigate technical data and identify root causes of system or screening discrepancies.
- Experience building structured documentation, training materials, or QA frameworks (Confluence experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and external vendors, plus a proactive drive to complete relevant personal AML qualifications.
- Advanced English and proficiency in Spanish.
