What you will do

• Review the existing compliance framework and identify key risk areas.
• Drive the compliance roadmap by prioritizing initiatives and ensuring timely delivery.
• Act as a trusted compliance partner across leadership and operational teams.
• Ensure the organization stays audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Improve compliance efficiency and scalability across the compliance function.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of senior AML/compliance experience in regulated crypto or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of EU AML/CFT frameworks including AMLD5/AMLR and MiCA.
• Proven experience developing compliance processes and leading regulatory projects.
• Experience managing compliance staff and acting as a deputy to senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis or Elliptic.
• English required.
