Associate/Vice President Specialised Lending Transaction Management (Project Finance)

What you will do

• Assist with the origination and execution of new acquisition finance, project finance, and portfolio or fund financing transactions.
• Participate in client, bank, and advisor calls and meetings.
• Draft new business credit proposals and review due diligence materials.
• Run sensitivity analyses on complex financial models and occasionally develop models in line with ING’s risk appetite and policies.
• Review term sheets and legal loan documentation.
• Complete lending administration, reporting, business development, and strategic lending projects.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant business discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience for Associate level or 4 years for Vice President level in the European energy or infrastructure market and/or project or acquisition finance.
• Strong financial, credit analysis, and financial modelling capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions under pressure.
• Knowledge of legal loan documentation and excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required. French or Dutch is an advantage.
