TL;DR
Junior Client Delivery Specialist (Operations): Managing operational client interactions and service delivery for the DACH region with an accent on requirement gathering, project coordination, and quality assurance. Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).
Salary: PLN 7,500 - PLN 8,000 monthly.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary operational contact for clients in the DACH region.
- Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable internal work orders.
- Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure accurate information exchange.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Partner with operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries.
- Participate in operational, quality review, and escalation meetings.
Requirements
- German language proficiency is a must.
- 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and manage multiple projects.
- Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.
