Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid model: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do
- Perform end-to-end analytics data delivery activities, including pricing and holdings data imports.
- Conduct data quality checks and analyze unexpected data behavior.
- Troubleshoot reconciliation discrepancies within strict client SLA deadlines.
- Manage delivery mechanisms for portfolio positions via API and SFTP.
- Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Support client-facing communication and assist in resolving data inquiries.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in financial services, data operations, or fintech.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL, API, and Python.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
- English proficiency for effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team across multiple time zones.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of risk analytics concepts, derivatives pricing, or factor-based risk modeling.
- CFA or FRM certification.
- Experience with AxiomaRisk or Dimension.
