TL;DR

Engagement Manager: Driving client relationships, leading discovery and pre-sales activities, ensuring successful transitions from opportunity to delivery with an accent on proposals, negotiations, and sales cycles. Focus on building long-term partnerships, managing end-to-end sales processes, and representing at industry events.

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world or from offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Warsaw.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Lead discovery meetings to understand client goals and challenges.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses with delivery and technical teams.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity to contract closure.
  • Represent at conferences and events to generate leads and partnerships.
  • Maintain sales pipeline in CRM systems like Pipedrive.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • 3+ years total experience as Engagement Manager, Account Manager, Client Partner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst in a technology service company.
  • 1+ year proven experience specifically as Engagement Manager.
  • Strong experience in client proposals, tenders, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and tech consulting/product engineering services.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Prior experience at international tech events.
  • Background in FinTech or EdTech.
  • Technical IT/Engineering background or education.
