What you will do

• Develop AI agents and shared infrastructure for GenAI capabilities across the organization.
• Lead the full software lifecycle from rapid prototyping and POCs to production-grade observable systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate conceptual AI ideas into robust services.
• Implement solid design, flexible implementation, and strong telemetry for production feedback loops.
• Work hands-on with leading LLMs and the agentic ecosystem using AWS services.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven expertise as a Python developer.
• Meaningful experience architecting and developing AI products using LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• Must be based in Israel; no work visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Specialized experience with AWS services.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture, MCP, and A2A.
• Experience developing enterprise-scale applications in a SaaS environment.
