What you will do

• Build GTM productivity agents for sales, marketing, and account management teams.
• Deploy and iterate on internal AI agents for billing, procurement, and compliance workflows.
• Develop and maintain an agent operations dashboard to monitor performance, latency, and costs.
• Manage IT, network, identity, and SaaS administration for the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship production-quality internal software.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-stack engineering experience with ownership of internal tools or automation systems.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Node.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS APIs and secure integration practices.
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI agents in production-adjacent workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with NoSQL or Vector databases.
• Experience with cloud deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Nice to have

• Experience with Svelte for frontend development.
• Background in BizOps or RevOps engineering.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Experience with enterprise compliance artifacts and CI/CD practices.
