What you will do
- Design scalable multi-tenant application architectures using AWS, Python, React, and MongoDB.
- Architect the transition from a monolithic legacy content system to a modern headless CLMS via API-first design.
- Build automated data migration (ETL) pipelines to transfer content from legacy databases to the new CLMS.
- Integrate AI-driven agents and avatars capable of voice and text interaction for learners.
- Modernize and maintain complex client integrations leveraging SCORM standards.
- Oversee data engineering and reporting pipelines using MS Fabric and Power BI for investor and client analytics.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Python, React, and MongoDB.
- Proven experience building and maintaining Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
- Proficiency in modern data stacks, specifically Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Expertise in evaluating and implementing Headless CLMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of SCORM interoperability standards and modernization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate distributed internal teams and external vendors.
Nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Educational Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in the EdTech industry.
- 7-10 years of professional software programming experience.
- Experience managing CapEx-oriented vendor relationships.
