What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Drive the exploration and implementation of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation.
• Research, prototype, and validate new technologies through hands-on proof of concepts.
• Contribute code and technical solutions to demonstrate feasibility and reduce delivery risk.
• Champion performance, scalability, reliability, and security across the technology estate.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, communicating technical possibilities and trade-offs.

Requirements

• Significant experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern software design principles.
• Practical experience working with AI technologies, Large Language Models, and AI-powered services.
• Strong coding skills, ideally using Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with speed, value, and delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered applications, workflows, or internal tools.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience working in eCommerce, marketplace, or high-growth digital businesses.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
