What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle independently, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across engineering, art, and other game development functions.
• Actively source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and HR-related projects to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

• Solid recruitment experience, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of game development roles and hiring markets.
• Experience hiring software engineers and artists at scale in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting for multiplayer, shooter, mid-core, or hardcore projects is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously with high autonomy.
• Strong communication skills in English.
