What you will do

• Lead CSA construction packages for pharma laboratory and office retrofits, overseeing structural and architectural works.
• Interface with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to resolve design issues and ensure pharma facility compliance.
• Supervise contractors to ensure adherence to pharma construction standards and clean room requirements.
• Coordinate structural modifications and assess load impacts to maintain structural integrity during renovation.
• Oversee the installation of pharma-grade finishes and specialized flooring meeting cGMP standards.
• Manage civil works including drainage, utility routing, and foundation work to support lab operations.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in pharma, laboratory, or regulated industries.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clean room architecture, structural systems, and cGMP construction requirements.
• Proven experience leading complex CSA packages and coordinating multiple trades.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Right to work in Europe.
• English language proficiency; German is highly desirable.
