What you will do

• Define and drive the architecture roadmap, focusing on scale, resilience, and AI integration.
• Act as a hands-on contributor, owning specific architectural domains through to production.
• Align architectural decisions with product strategy in collaboration with Engineering and Product leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of senior architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Communicate architectural vision to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI and machine learning technologies into the platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software architecture experience in product-based environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-performance, cloud-native platforms.
• Deep expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and high-volume data pipelines.
• Meaningful recent exposure to AI and Machine Learning infrastructure.
• Experience at Director, Senior Director, VP, or Staff/Principal Architect level.
• Must be local to Lausanne or committed to relocation (relocation support provided).
