What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ANAPLAN (Polaris) solution design across Group and BU levels, aligning architecture with business strategies and best practices.
• Drive system integration and technical governance, ensuring seamless data flows between ANAPLAN and platforms like Databricks.
• Manage delivery using tools such as JIRA/ServiceNow and product version control.
• Champion an AI-first approach to accelerate development, reduce manual effort, and define measurable AI adoption goals for the service.
• Collaborate with business leaders, developers, data architects, and IT teams to meet functional and non-functional requirements and communicate architecture decisions clearly.
• Establish architecture standards, ensure compliance with Zurich security and quality standards, and stay ahead of ANAPLAN and SaaS trends in the FP&A ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of ANAPLAN expertise, including official Solution Architect certification (preferably Polaris).
• 5+ years of proven delivery in FP&A processes and solution architecture.
• Strong integration and architecture skills, including hands-on experience with enterprise frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and Databricks/data lake concepts.
• Experience with SaaS security and compliance principles.
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear documentation and presentations.
• Regular physical presence in the Corporate Centre Office and occasional travel.
