What you will do

• Design operational models based on major client requirements using the hirify.global Best-Practice Framework for Service Management.
• Lead development, design, and implementation of overall operational solutions during the offer/bid phase with complex requirements.
• Occasionally implement developed solutions in Service Management sub-projects.
• Optimize operational models continuously based on experience from implementation projects.
• Act as a liaison between sales, Solution Architects (technical responsibility), and Operations/Service Management organizations.
• Present operational concepts and performances to clients and internally at management level.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration and/or Business Informatics (University/Applied Sciences).
• Several years of professional experience with ITIL process knowledge and business-related contexts.
• Extensive know-how in ICT solutions, product portfolio, and associated processes.
• Experience executing highly complex projects covering processes, tools, organization, and service levels for major clients.
• Strong skills in process analysis, design, and engineering with a goal-oriented, customer-focused approach.
• Work proficiency in German, English, and French.
