Data Migration Specialist (Finance)

What you will do

• Translate unique client requirements into flexible and scalable data solutions.
• Lead data conversion projects and use ETL processes to migrate historical portfolio data from legacy systems into hirify.global.
• Manage multiple simultaneous client projects, prioritizing effectively and delivering each project through completion.
• Improve internal processes and tools to streamline, scale, and automate workflows.
• Set and communicate expectations with internal stakeholders and clients in a proactive, consultative, and professional manner.
• Collaborate with Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technology, finance, or consulting.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with financial products and securities modeling.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Solution-oriented approach, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment is required.
