What you will do

• Lead data conversion projects to ETL historical portfolio data from legacy systems into hirify.global.
• Translate unique client requirements into flexible and scalable data solutions.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows to scale the business.
• Collaborate with internal Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Manage client expectations and communicate in a proactive, consultative, and professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working in technology, finance, or consulting.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with financial products and securities modeling.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
