Staff Platform Engineer - Platform Infrastructure (all genders)

Salary: €85,000–€100,000 per year

What you will do

• Architect, maintain, and continuously improve secure, robust, and cost-efficient AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows with GitLab CI and Terraform.
• Own critical Kubernetes platform components, including scaling strategies, secrets management, VPC, and ingress.
• Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions with Datadog, OpenSearch, and Fluentd.
• Partner with internal development teams to improve operational excellence and service reliability.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a Platform Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Strong experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools, including GitLab CI, and Terraform.
• Basic to intermediate Go programming skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with agile development teams and internal stakeholders.
