What you will do

• Audit and harden the macOS fleet against CIS and NIST baselines using Jamf.
• Rebuild and optimize the Jamf environment, including smart groups, scoping logic, and policy hygiene.
• Deploy Zscaler Client Connector and integrate device trust signals into Zero Trust access policies.
• Develop and maintain hardening scripts using bash, zsh, or Python.
• Enforce software update and patch compliance to meet Cyber Essentials Plus and SOC 2 requirements.
• Produce technical documentation, including runbooks and architecture decision records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Jamf Pro administration in an enterprise environment with 500+ devices.
• Deep expertise in macOS security hardening, including CIS Benchmarks, configuration profiles, and TCC management.
• Proficiency in scripting for Jamf deployment (bash, zsh, or Python).
• Demonstrated experience implementing or auditing against security frameworks like CIS, NIST, or SOC 2.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills for international collaboration.
• Practical experience using AI tools for scripting, documentation, and troubleshooting.
